01Parties and scope

The service is provided by [Şirketin tam ticari unvanı]. These terms apply to everyone who accesses and uses it.

The service is an AI-assisted planning tool that turns a travel request written in plain language into a day-by-day programme, shows it on a map and route, and — on request — offers search and booking through our travel supplier.

02Accounts and access

• The service is available to users for whom an account has been created.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
• If you notice unauthorised use of your account, you must tell us without delay.
• You may not transfer your account or share your access details.

03Credits

• Searches are paid for in credits: 1 credit for a Normal search, 10 credits for a Premium search.
• Credits granted with a monthly membership expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
• Credits bought as a top-up pack do not expire and do roll over.
• If a search cannot be completed for technical reasons, the credits spent are refunded.
• You can see your remaining balance and all activity on your account page.
• Package and credit top-up payments are processed through Stripe Checkout; the service does not store card details.

04About AI-generated content

Plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are suggestions. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or free of error.

• Opening hours, prices, addresses and the operating status of venues change over time; please verify before you visit.
• Durations, distances and transport estimates are approximate.
• Travel requirements such as visas, passports, health, insurance and entry rules are the user's responsibility; the service is not an official source on these matters.
• Event, weather and natural-event information comes from third-party sources and depends on their accuracy.

05Third-party services and bookings

Flight, accommodation, transfer and car-hire searches, together with bookings and payments, are carried out through our travel supplier's systems. The supplier's and provider's own terms, cancellation and refund rules apply to those transactions.

Third-party links within the service are offered for convenience; we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

06Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to test or circumvent the security of the system, or to disrupt the service.
• You may not place unusual load on the service by sending bulk automated requests.
• You may not systematically harvest content obtained through the service in order to build a competing product.
• You may not enter other people's personal data into the service without their knowledge.

07Intellectual property

Rights in the software, interface, text and visual design of the service are reserved. The right of use granted to you is personal and non-transferable.

You may freely use the travel plans you create for your own travel purposes.

Photographs used on the landing page are freely licensed images, with source and licence credited at the foot of the page.

08Availability

The service may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or outages at third-party providers. Uninterrupted, error-free operation is not warranted.

We reserve the right to change the scope, features and package contents of the service; changes affecting credit rules are announced in advance.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is”. The user is responsible for travel decisions taken on the basis of AI-generated suggestions and for their consequences.

Our liability for indirect losses — such as missed connections, venues found closed, or changed prices — is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not cover intent or gross negligence.

10Suspension and termination

If we identify use that breaches these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

11Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [İstanbul] have jurisdiction over disputes.

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and the date above is refreshed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
